According to a study which came from Harvard University, men who eat junk foods, process foods, and foods that contain lots of fats regularly are prone to result in the weakening of their sperm's fertility. The researchers in Harvard University tested hundreds of men, ages 18-22, and observed them to eat a lot of junk foods for months. After doing so, doctors had then analyzed their food diaries and sperm's condition. It then revealed that men who love eating foods like fries, chocolates, cakes, cookies and other processed foods had poorer quality of sperm cells compared to men who are indulging in healthy and well balanced diet. Men who have a healthy weight and exercise regularly have healthier sperm. The healthier the man is, the better will be his fertility.
Now this is new stuff my friends! For us guys, let's start to minimize our cholesterol intakes per day. It's okay to try any food, as long as we don't eat too much of it. After all, "health is wealth." =)
