The mass friendly airline in the Philippines, Cebu Pacific Air, has announced once again their latest seat promo for the end of February! The love month for this year is departing so fast and the company has managed to slip its last promo. This time, the airline courier is offering a P188 and P288 only base rate to some selected domestic destination flights!
